Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Robustech Agency ("we") collects through robustech.agency, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and in plain words. If anything is unclear, email info@robustech.agency.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. Your name, email, phone, company, website and your answers about your business and marketing (for example budget, timeline and the tools you use).
• How you found the form. The page you came from and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and the time you sent it.
• How people use the site. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It uses cookies and collects things like your device type, browser and approximate location (city level). It does not tell us who you are.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not collect sensitive information such as health or financial records.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and prepare for your strategy call, so the call is useful from the first minute.
• To send you the proposal or information you asked for.
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, so we can improve the site and our ads.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

• Form answers are saved to a private Google Sheet in our Google account, and a copy is emailed to our team.
• Call bookings are made on Google Calendar's booking page, which has its own privacy policy from Google.
• Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google's privacy policy.

Only our team can see your form answers. We use them only for the reasons above.

How long we keep it

We keep form answers for as long as we are talking with you or working together, and up to three years after our last contact for our business records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it.
• Ask us to stop emailing you. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics.

To make a request, email info@robustech.agency. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
